They don t send you a track and trace
They don t send you a track and trace code for your shipment instead they send you some vague link via SMS They also use FedEX which had a bad reputation and lazy couriers One star is too much for this company I regret buying a razor from them Stop using FedEX as a courier use DHL or anything else
