DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GIGANTTI Purchased a 200 euro pair of Bose earbuds that stopped working 18 days after purchase When I returned to the store I bought them from in Espoo I was told that after 14 days they would have to be sent to a service repair shop where they would determine if I should receive a new pair This I was told would take up to 2 weeks When at 4pm I asked to speak to someone capable of making an informed decision I was told that all managers had gone home for the day Buy a product Keep it for just over 2 weeks Bring it back to the store so they can keep it for the next 2 Are you kidding me HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GIGANTTI WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FINLAND AND THATS SAYING SOMETHING
