Gigantti fi and their delivery service Bring fi

Bought a monitor from them with home delivery Bring fi the initial delivery date was quickly postponed and a new delivery date was given Gigantti website stated that the delivery was supposed to be today but the tracking of the package has not been updated for a few days already Bring customer service do they actually bring anything doesn t seem to know for sure where the package is and Gigantti s customer service tells you to contact Bring customer service because all they know is the same as Bring knows My advice avoid Gigantti and Bring like the plague I should have read Trustpilot reviews before ordering silly me Update The item arrived the next day PostNord Still I think that they really need to improve their service considerably and stick to the delivery timeframe provided when ordering that should be accurate and reliable

poor reclamation handling

oven arrive as broken After 2 weeks from reclamation still no answer at all Customer service wont help neither They just say that reclamations are handled at different department

Decent discounts worst customer experience

Decent discounts but the customer service has been awful past 20 years Good luck if you ever have to deal with their incapable warranty handlers Now they turned themselves into a highly suspicious garbage company by adding cheap Chinese junk 3rd party sellers What an earth did their marketing people think when doing this
