Good Rates Poor Service

Honest review here I have both positive and negative feedback regarding this internet data service On the one hand they offer good data packages at reasonable rates However on the other hand I have had an extremely poor customer service experience When I contacted them with an issue it took an unreasonably long time for them to respond And even when they did respond it often took them even longer to resolve the issue Furthermore I have noticed what I believe to be a hidden scam on their website On multiple occasions after successfully funding my account and attempting to purchase mobile data I received an error message that stated Something went wrong please contact your administrator As a result my balance disappeared without receiving any data Despite reaching out to customer service the issue was never resolved This has happened to me multiple times leading me to believe that this is not a mere technical issue but rather an intentional scam Here are ways I think they can improve based on my issues and it ll help other customers out there too 1 Improve Customer Service They should invest in training their customer service team to provide prompt and efficient service This includes providing adequate resources and tools to help them resolve customer complaints in a timely manner 2 Improve Communication They should provide more frequent updates to customers who have submitted complaints or inquiries This will help customers feel more informed and valued even if the issue is still unresolved 3 Address the Technical Issues They should thoroughly investigate and fix any technical issues on their website that may be causing customers to lose money without receiving the expected service This includes providing clear and concise error messages and resolving the issue as quickly as possible 4 Be More Transparent They should be more transparent about their pricing and any additional fees that may be charged to customers This will help to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings and build trust with their customers
