This company is a nightmare DO NOT order anything from them because if you want to return anything you can not get an answer from them they have this big long detailed return policy and then it says DO NOT return to us return to warehouse OK WHERE IS IT there s no return label with ur item and NO return address I ve contacted them 10 different platforms I finally received 1 message from FB in French even though I messaged in English but basically it was telling me to send a message to the e mail I had ALREADY messaged numerous times and no answer now why couldn t they just give me the RETURNS ADDRESS

This company is SCAM I received my bracelets Ordered the charger received the plate but no charger said delayed Got message delivered not on my front porch or in my mailbox Emailed them every which way and no response They don t even have a telephone Learned lesson not to order from anyone until checking the reviews DO NOT ORDER from them

A zero star if I could Ordered for a friend Preying on the vulnerable with smoking and alcohol addiction who reach out for help and those looking to help Disgusted with product No magnetic charger arrived but honestly after reading reviews it s a wooden piece of god knows what Will not gift it as planned I cannot believe I fell for this Sorry I didn t come to trust pilot before my order was dispatched from Hong Kong in cheap plastic rather than presentation box as advertised

I would like to add to my earlier review stating that this is THE BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER The other day I received a notice stating that I had something to collect at the post office It was the products I had sent back to China in May to get my 40 Euro money back guarantee Clearly this company does not exist in China or anywhere else

I haven t received my product at all I have waited over 3 months and i never received the product I tried to contact them but they ignore me I reported them to all possible locations i know Stay away from this SCAM Thank god i lost only 40 euro
