Very poor customer service they are supposed to be convenient store uk local I m sending them the products back from more than 45 days until now they don t sending my money back many calls but not responding even I m writing to them over 10 E mail They are scam and defraud business

I recently purchased gummies and got capsules They also took 198 when it says 3 for 66 one time offer Tried to cancel immediately but no reply Bank said wait 21 days and agreed they get a lot of complaints ref this purchase Gold Coast said they would refund partial but via PayPal Agreed as something better than nothin Never received Now raised with GOV UK fraud investigators and will speak with bank again I have now sent all package back for full refund Don t hold out much Suggest people report to GOV Uk to stop these cowboys

OMG wish l had seen these reviews before Saturday l also ordered 1 bottle 39 they took 58 and another 193 69 today oh and added me to subscribed meaning they were going to take more bank has blocked them taking any more I m livid the bank has said they can t do anything for 15 days do urself a favour keep we ll clear scammersHi just got my delivery for those that don t have a return address my one is customer returns PO BOX 1183 Wembley HA0 9PD As l see some ppl don t have a return addressTHANK GOD Finally just under a month later the bank has given me my money back I ve never been so stressed keep pushing ur bank they should pay you back in the end

Complete waste of money

Despite celebrity endorsements these products do not work I thought I was getting gummies but got unknown white capsules No contact details either so no way to get a refund or challenge them A complete waste of money time I just wish I had read these reviews before I was taken in by the advertising

Be wary of buying these Keto Gold Coast capsules I haven t started taking them yet so can t comment on performance BUT similar to a previous reviewer I thought I was buying one bottle for about thirty pounds which arrived Then another parcel arrived with about 6 more bottles in it and about 194 was taken from my bank without my knowledge or permission Luckily I contacted my bank who investigated and they refunded the money to me

Complete scam Web page said 1 bottle around 35 didn t let you check final cost before submission Actual cost 200 for 5 bottles Would not let me cancel or respond to emails eventhough I realised the mistake as soon as I was emailed the confirmation

Only put 1 star to be able to make a statement Yes I have been scammed good proper like many others Feeling low I pressed the button knowing I should not have done it I cancelled immediately but then received a statement for 198 78 when I only looked at one bottle I contacted my bank who were brilliant and have supported me by monitoring my account stopping payement The bank will ensure there are no unusual attempts to make any withdrawals Please read the genuine reviews and DONTS DO IT
