I have been taking GOLO for maybe a year now I have not stopped eating my normal regular foods I enjoy I started out at 250 lbs and today I am at 213 lbs The first month I saw minimal results and was not going to continue I m so glad I never did GREAT product

I decided to get clean sober May 10 2022 In February of 2023 when I went home I became super depressed because I felt uncomfortable in my skin as I gained 70 pounds and felt miserable I seen GOLO and said what can it hurt April 2023 weighing 240 I began the diet and ate as the menu suggested cut out sugar and end of May 2023 I was weighing in at 210 This is no lie I walk everyday for at least 30 min and eat no sugar and nothing that is sugar free I have 100 more energy I feel like there a person missing I would absolutely suggest this program for anyone

Both my husband and I are losing weight slowly but that is fine with us My husband has lost about 18 lbs since January and I have lost 11 lbs along with GOLO and exercise I have gone down 2-3 dress sizes We both love the Go Digest too I had indigestion all the time and now I have none My husband always had problems with milk products and now he has little or no problems We have also enjoyed many of the recipes
