My candles were broken when I received

My candles were broken when I received them and as soon as I reached out to them and sent pictures the company reissued my candles I have been ordering from Goose Creek for about 2 years and this never happened but they were so quick to make it right Thank you Goose Creek loyalcustomer greatcompany

Always Helpful

I ve ordered at least a dozen candles from them Great quality and smells They try there best to package the candles safely But sometimes accidents happens I ve received two broken candles and within days they responded Sent a new candle out and a 5 gift card as an apology They always are so incredibly helpful I for one hate this new age of cheapskate merchandise and bad customer service This company feels right They truly take care of you and your order Best candle company IMO

Great candles and customer service

I ve been purchasing goose creek candles for almost a year and I am truly happy with almost every candle They smell great have awesome throw and no soot I had a candle arrive broken and customer support was quick to respond and send out a replacement plus give me 5 gift card They are my go to company for candles now

Great company and product I have purchased probably close to 100 candles from Goose Creek in the last year Today I received my order and found one of the candles broken Once I emailed Goose Creek notifying them they were quick to respond and get a replacement shipped Excellent customer service and excellent candles

Goose Creek candles company are amazing

I have been using Goose Creek candles for quite a while the fragrance is unlike any other candle including Yankee or even Bath Body and they last they don t burn out quickly which I love I recently received a shipment of 6 candles and 1 was broken I sent them a message and they replaced it and gave me a gift card for a future order I love Goose Creek and will be a customer with them for a long time to come Thank you

Excellent customer service and great products

Two of my items were missing from my order when it was delivered Their customer service was excellent They were fast to respond corrected the mistake immediately and were super kind and helpful I m super pleased with my products as well I ll order from them again

I had ordered some candles and a few of them come to me broken I was able to email their customer support and got a response within 24 hours They not only replaced my candles but gave me a gift card for my inconvenience I had an amazing experience but even better smelling candles
