I never imaged getting funding would be

I never imaged getting funding would be this quick and relatively painless As my small catering company has grown I desperately needed to update my kitchen Pyn walked me through the process of applying for funding They gave me a list of specific information documents I needed to provide which only took a few hours to gather I submitted my application on a Monday afternoon and received a quick approval The best part was the funding was available the very next day as I figured it would take a couple of days at least My rep was great he was so friendly and helpful every step of the way I can t recommend Pyn enough

I have been trying to cancel my credit

I have been trying to cancel my credit card processing since September of 2023 I have emailed my rep monthly since September and kept getting told that he would come down and get the equiptment and get me refunded for not getting it cancelled like I had asked I then called and talked to a manager in April and was told if I sent back the equiptment to her and sent her a picture of my license she would get it cancelled within 24-48 hours and get me a refund I received another statement this month I have called and emailed again today still with no response I have yet to get my account cancelled or a refund issued Response to reply from company It doesn t allow me to respond in a reply so I am responding by editing my response I have several emails from our rep saying he would come get the machine and get it cancelled and get me refunded since September of 2023 I also contacted a manager in April and finally paid to mail back my equiptment because the rep never did what he said I have tracking proof that it was delivered 4 13 24 Your company would not do anything to help or respond to me until I contacted the company who you run your credit card processing through and explained the situation I still have yet to be refunded from the months of minimum fees charged to me while I tried to get my processing cancelled and was told over and over again in email so I have written proof that the rep would come down and get the equiptment and get me refunded Your response to this matter is proof of the lack of customer service and trust and reliabilty your company has I would not reccomend this company to anyone and will continue letting people know of the scam they are running

Ghosted

I received emails and text while going through the loan process but then after a week radio silence I sent a couple messages and I heard nothing back from them

Easy to work with and fast

I needed money for a new piece of equipment They were very helpful and very fast I d have given four stars because nobody is perfect but because I got money the next day I feel like I owe them the extra star Will use again if I have a need
