The whole process was seamless I booked a boiler service on Grand Union s website a week in advance and received texts on the day to let me know when an engineer would be round Andy provided the boiler service and was really knowledgable and thorough Would highly recommend

Amazing service
I had a tap which was leaking quite alot of water I requested a quote online and was called back within the hour I was asked to upload a picture of the tap and had a quote in under 30 mins Once I had accepted the quote I had a call to arrange a time and date which we were able to get a next day appointment Absolutely amazing Marco came out was quick and efficient and now do not have a leaking tap Thank you so much Would highly recommend
