Public Health Risk
Public Health Risk Messed up every order I have made with them missing products in the box but outdone themselves this time Delivered a box of warm meat with insufficient packaging ice packs just two small ice packs for 5 kilos of meat Temperature of meat on arrival 16 degrees C well into the danger zone above 5C and obviously had been for many hours Was told the meat is fine and just to use it and then ignored This company is in serious breach of food safety laws and is a risk to public health

Poor customer service received from a
Poor customer service received from a confrontational Simon Sent wrong items which I didn t order or want and then refused to send out what I ordered because they thought the smaller quantity would get damaged in transit weird excuse but told me I should be grateful for the free other items that they would refund me for I didn t even want them and would rather send back for exchange instead of wasting Reordering would be another min 40 spend which they weren t willing to waive Useless Don t bother Can t even package the right products and have a crap attitude

Sausages cost 7 and just fell apart
Sausages cost 7 for a packet and they just fell apart and burst when I sent them an email regarding this- as I said I will be shopping else where due to the lack of quality the response was our sausages are mainly meat which is why they fall apart I know this is just a rubbish excuse as I buy sausages else where that are purely meat and they stay together perfectly since they sent an unhelpful response I will continue my custom else where eg Pipers Farms Dorset Meat Co GazeGill Organics Farm 2 fork Forget this overpriced bs

Terrible packaging and low hygiene
Terrible packaging bags were ripped open with holes The bags were super low quality When I called to complain nobody cared about the hygiene standards The bones had been delivered in a box and been on the floor so basically were contaminated with mites and bugs The bones also came absolutely massive not cut up So can t do much with them apart from roasting or you need a giant pot I mean giant to use them for broths Terrible and unhelpful service totally didn t understand my perspective I really don t recommend this company at all

Unhygienic delivery rude customer service
Made a 80 order with number 64216 according to the rude and confrontational Simon from customer service I wasn t in while I was working from home that day and noone rang the buzzer Result is that they never delivered and Simon even refused a refund According to them the driver came and even took a photo of my apartment which they never shared but still refused the refund Funnily enough the delivery guy came 2 days after trying to redeliver that package after 3 days of it being in a box it surely had gone bad I refused to accept the delivery and the way these guys work poses a health risk to people Please avoid at all costs

Poor Customer Experience
I would give this company zero stars if possible We were at home during the delivery time but we didn t hear any notification from the intercom We checked the CCTV footage and confirmed that the delivery person failed to use the intercom even though it was fully operational We reported this to customer service specifically Simon who has been mentioned numerous times by other customers He was very rude blaming us for not hearing the ring not providing a safe place or ensuring the intercom was working He refused to issue a refund of over 100 and instead sent a screenshot of the terms and conditions This is an unbelievable situation where customer service seems to serve its own interests rather than the customers Simon appears to believe that any accidental issue is entirely the customer s fault I m not even sure if he s a real person running the operation but he certainly isn t the one handling the produce in the parcels On a previous occasion he switched products in our order without notifying us and we only found out after reaching out to him I strongly recommend that you DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS from this company You will receive no support from customer service as Simon is the only customer service representative and he is always right

Quality meat carefully packaged
I have tried a few organic online meat delivery farms and never been fully satisfied But now that I have found Green Pasture Farms my search is over My meat order came expertly packaged to ensure it was stored at cool safe temperatures during transit and the meat is top quality The delivery arrived on time and I had an email before hand with tracking number I could not be happier with my order and I shall be a repeat customer in the future

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service from Simon I absolutely love supporting a small down to earth business and the meat is so lovely Best quality by far from anywhere I ve tried Worth the little bit more than you d pay at a supermarket - I could never ever go back quality just isn t the same

Five star product and service
I suffer with MCAS CIRS have to take daily medication and react to most foods Ive tried a few organic and grass fed meat companies online and Green Pastures in my opinion is by far the best I m restricted on ingredients that I can tolerate and accidentality ordered the wrong sausages not realizing until I had notice that the order had been processed I sent an SOS to Simon who very graciously changed my order it meant sharing 10 packs of sausages between his staff as all orders are processed fresh and the change only delaying delivery by one day Amazing understanding and customer service Five stars for a real quality product and customer care
