I go into Greggs a couple of times a week as I work in Manchester City Centre The store I visit is Market street next door to Primark Their employee Jake is always polite most welcoming serves everyone quickly and efficiently with a smile on his face He is always happy to help

Just popped into Greggs for a breakfast

Just popped into Greggs for a breakfast baguette and whilst I was sat eating it and enjoying my coffee I was listening to Cathy The manager and how she was greeting and speaking to customers Wow what a professional and lovely lady 11 out of 10 for customer service She is a shining example of how people should and could be Perfect in every way A real asset for Greggs Great to see this sort of service for a change

Impressed never been befor

Called into the Howdon branch was unsure about going in as its the reduced products Was very suprised at the stock well infact Impressed Items Such a good buy chatting to a lady called Rachel behind the counter very friendly and we chatted about the products and was very Helpfull walked out with way more than i expected to and will definatly be going back in

First time sampling

I ve recently been using To Good to Go and picked up from Gregg s and not having eaten from here before I ve been very surprised how good some products have been hence why I m writing this I ve just had a Mexican Chicken Wrap and throughly enjoyed it full of quality chicken and salad so praise where due

I rarely leave reviews and Greggs at the service station Hexham has been chaos for a few years but recently there has been a couple of staff who are friendly organised and get the food right Thank you Phillep and to the lady who makes my breakfast rolls They literally work so fast and you can tell they are working hard and even when the queue is out the door they re still friendly

Noah went the extra mile

Was travelling by train to Birmingham airport with my wife As a wheelchair user we had a lot of luggage mobility equipment Noah who works at the Birmingham Airport Greggs went out of his way to help us on and off the train He also carried some luggage for us on arrival at the airport and pointed us in the right direction as access had recently changed due to building works
