I have been trying to buy connect on up work and card can t be debited saying card inactive

I came to them with a problem on how I have been trying to get a virtual usd account for so long but it has been showing pending for almond a year now and after so much tossing here and there they still couldn t fix it for me

Too much questioning and also when one makes an invoice in your platform it isn t effective like you guys are supposed to know where the payment is coming from through the invoice instead you ask too many questions

I didn t know I couldn t use grey card with PayPal now it deleted I think this warning should be made very evident to avoid losses Thanks

Its about the USD account my money was seized twice for none reason till date I didn t receive it and it wasn t refund to the sender

I opened a grey account as a Nigerian because I needed a us dollar account but it s only showing pounds euro naira account to be opened And as a Nigerian I already have a naira account so I don t need it i expected it to be a us account have tried everything but it isn t changing am so displeased about this recent occurrence this is very disheartening cos I need a us account so badly so I can receive money from my international clients so i will be glad if this can change to a us account so I can start processing my payment

Upon every deposit Grey is fond of asking for a sender s personal information always claiming its their bank partners request Is this common who are these partners because I m beginning to get worried and uncomfortable about this personal info like the sender s proof of occupation more government I d I mean as the receiver I am fine if you ask for my information and not the sender and why these verification for such little amount These kind of deposit verification wasn t stated on their page upon registration Is this normal if not what other app can I use as a Nigerian to receive foreign funds Other than this issue the app seems to be okay
