The deposit delay and threatening of refund are so boring please process my money that I worked for almost two weeks my customers think I am lying I haven t gotten paid yet grey is just holding my money and collecting documents from me

Was 5 star before but your recent behaviour has not been great so its now 3 stars First of all I am paid every Wednesday This year Christmas and New Year fell on Wednesday you did not pay but geegpay amd others paid Second I sometimes earn as low as 35 and now you say the minimum charge is 2 not fair Please change your ways

Delay timing

I like the fact that I got my money that was sent from my client but it was way too difficult to get the money Had to provide series of documents to get it Why is it this difficult to get it and taking almost a week

As per transactions are very fast interms of delivery Alas fee on smaller deposit didn t go well with me personally because 2 is costly in comparison to 1 that prompted me into the choice of grey

I got charged 2 for a 7 dollar payment I received I didn t work so much last week of December 2024 and when my paycheck came two dollars was deducted from my 7

I like how swift your transactions go through I dislike your exchange rates to rates to Naira always high when changing from naira to dollar or pounds

Good service but high cost of transactions

It s a good app financial service easy transfer and really good for we Nigerians with these policies by our government with limitations on dollars transactions Greg makes it easy but Mhen the fee can be allit the 2 I get charged with I receive money from mg employees is just outrageous If it can be reviewed then it ll be really great

Restricting my card from making payment

Restricting my card from making payment to Google is what I never envision will happen with grey I specifically bought the card for my Google Coursera course and YouTube subscription After paying so much for the card and grey allow this to happen is what I can t fathom Anyways I will port to other payment system Regards

Your Updates are not what we want

You guys are making some updates that we user are not happy with it Before we can delete our individual account and create another one but not anymore It made it very hard to continue using the app for me and some other people

So far its great

Haven t started using it fully but from what I ve been told by my friends that recommended it to me it s pretty fantastic I must say I haven t experienced any issues so far Customer support is always ready to assist too
