This is a very good and polite bank that focuses on their customers satisfaction Grey bank carries you along on every steps updates and upgrades It has made sending and receiving money to my family easier as you have a euro pounds and naira account But sometimes the verification isn t needed and necessary

Enjoying the app but it has excessive charges

I have always enjoyed the fast and smooth phase transactions moves on in no time your done with the transaction but the charges are too much you ll take charge once the money comes from PayPal and still take charge when am sending to my local account

Their service is great Quick ACH payout I wish it could be quicker though Also they are unable to give me a Zelle account with the US bank I m using I hope they provide me with that as my employer needs it to make payments earlier Overall they offer a great service I just want a bit more
