The recent modification in charges for deposit I sent 1 56 from my PayPal account but Grey decided to took a whopping charges of 1 55 leaving me with 0 01 I urge the management to review this policy as it s not favourable for those depositing little funds

Very inconsistent since 2024

Since last year their services has really taken a major downturn Either naira deposit or naira withdrawal delays constantly almost as though they don t see the complaints of their users and work with their bank or payment processors to fix the issue

I m from Brazil and I don t recommend it I received a payment 3 days ago and it still hasn t been released I was going to use this bank as my main bank but they seem to steal the money Don t trust this app

Good day I don t understand how your currency exchange system works I deposited 30 000 NGN and converted it to British pounds The conversion fee was 300 NGN and I received a total of 13 84 pounds However when I converted the money back to NGN I noticed a loss of 2 000 NGN To verify I tried depositiny another 30 000 NGN and after the same conversion fee of 300 NGN I experienced the same 2 000 NGN loss I don t understand why this is happening I sincerely hope this isn t a scam If this is an issue on your end please fix it immediately

I was to receive a monthly payment from my employer on the 17th of December 2024 through my euro account on Greys Unfortunately it never went through and my employer sent me proof that the transaction was actually successful It was sent from a SEPA region in line with Grey s recommendation I contacted Grey multiple times through email and chat but Grey insisted repeatedly that they never received the transaction which is outrageous I have received monthly payments from my employer through my other account multiple times but I have never had an experience like this If the transaction was faulty initially I would expect the money to be returned but that isn t happening either Its been over a month now Its just horrible The customer service at grey aren t liable or even attempting to help and this could be a potential law suit

You increased your charges to 2

You increased your charges to 2 dollars that is more than 100 increase for every deposit As if that is not enough you still place charges for every withdrawal transfer and conversion fee that is bad look into this

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible I made a transfer from my acct to my grey acct and it is yet to reflect 48hrs later and the customer rep keeps saying the same thing Poor experience plus the fact that they have decided to increase their charges to a minimum of 2usd This app has become a very terrible one in 2025 Guys look for alternatives
