I strongly advise against using this application An amount of 45 or more is currently blocked for verification even though I completed all the necessary verifications from the start I kindly request that you refund this amount to the sender as quickly as possible I feel that this application does not meet my expectations In comparison the other Bank application works much better and their customer support responds much faster Thank you for handling my request promptly ref D3V6XKBFBPH YASSINE

They re hellAfter increasing their stupid tariff and took all my money for charges and left me with 0 01 like why didn t ya ll just take all I can t just imagine how my day was ruined after getting the spoiler alert of my funds needed to fix an urgent issue got stolen all in the name of charges

How would you pay yourself 2 from a 7 deposit That is armed robbery There is no way you had users in mind when you made that decision Obviously it is the scam that comes with growing traffic the moment the people are many you hike your fees It doesn t work that way If you lose 1 customer you have lost hundreds At the beginning of the year you should think to consolidate not lose customers I am not saying it because I feel anything for you it s because I saw your platform liked it and felt it was better compared to others out there But now maybe it s time to think or look elsewhere Total B S

Grey use to be the best before but now it s a regret since they increased their fee up from 1 to fixed 2 -20 even on 10 payment fixed 2 This new rules is too bad if you will charge 1 instead that s still manageable

I had 2 customers send me 20 each I ve been waiting for almost 2 hours and the money didn t appear on my account Faster payments are supposed to be instant in UK Don t use this bank if you value your money They take 2 per transfer and it s not even instant As far as I m concerned they might have stolen the funds
