I am a new EV owner on my first long road trip and was advised to use GRIDSERVE where possible At the first stop the internet signal was awful and the app got stuck trying to initialise the session I paid by contactless instead I contacted GRIDSERVE customer service and was dealt with by MICHA The support I received was empathetic calm and proactive I was offered a refund without asking of the 20 discount offered for using the app and the problem was passed on to the techies to sort To cut a long story short I had problems on my trip over the course of the next 12 days The service I received from MICHA was exemplary Hopefully now the app problem has been resolved and I should receive all of the discount refunds shortly A lesson in how to turn a bad experience into a good one Thanks

Used Gridserve facility at Norwich Electric Forecourt 24 7 on a couple of occasions over the last few days The location is clean and modern plenty of chargers available you are able to relax and get a drink toilet facilities are clean and modern Now to the charging Rapid charging - 79p per kWh First time I had used a public charger so I was a little anxious no need The procedure was explained on the charger and a straightforward process with contactless payment Spoke to the Gridserve staff member on site who was polite and pleasant and ready and willing to assist if needed Great experience p s If you download the Gridserve app and use it to facilitate payment you can receive a 20 discount until 30 09 24

A great customer services experience

It s great that Gridserve have got more chargers at motorway services I ve been using their chargers and Ecotricity as they were before for many years but lately had been using ones just off motorway junctions to avoid queuing at the services Yesterday for the first time ever the Chademo plug failed to release so I had to ring rhe service line It was very frustrating but Valentina who took the call was so patient and charming and clearly knew her stuff so I stayed calm and we got it to release A very pleasant customer services experience

Visited Gridserve Gatwick for the third time Yesterday for an action packed evening of Boardgames and fun Derek was an excellent host and it s always such a pleasure to be with such a great and welcoming bunch of people and staff Thank you again

New to electric life and was living life on the edge not enough charge left for the journey Floated in to Scotch services with 3 battery only to have issues with 2 chargers not connecting Called the helpline and Ronald was super helpful in getting things working Excellent service Expected a long wait in a call centre queue but the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently Thanks Ronald
