I bought a Cadenza s35 bike
I bought a Cadenza s35 bike the quality is very low it is made of plastic the handlebar and the seat are not properly designed and they crack a lot when you cycle Moreover the sensor display was broken and giving random speed when I asked for a replacement they told me to ship back the whole bike It took me 2h to mount it 2h to dismount and pack it it is 35kg and I live on the 5th floor

I should have read the reviews on here before placing my order Useless company and useless customer service Nearly a month ago now that we placed the order for a weight bench for a birthday present which was not in stock Took the money straight away however Terrible communication and simply making excuses and lying about when they will return the money Its time to take this further I want my money back and compensation

Do not trust this company do not trust the fake positive reviews and do not waste your time Took my money immediately and postage costs for item they didn t have in stock Now fair enough it may not be their fault if the manufacturer hasn t got to goods to supply them with But don t allow someone to pay for it then and then give the customer a tale of rubbish when they ask for refund months later It took the threat of legal action before I finally got my money back after weeks of chasing They try to get bad honest reviews deleted then clearly add fake reviews listing people s names too So only listen to the bad ones trust us

Worst experience ever - 1 5K Euros machine ordered on 3rd of January with delivery within 10 days max- Machine only shipped on 28th of January- Only 2 parcels out of 7 delivered on the 2nd of February-Customer service not responding to email nor phone callUpdate on 22nd of Feb - Vendor promised to reimburse once parcels are collected by their logistic- Parcels collected on the 11th of February and vendor notified- No answers from Gym Company nor reimbursementI can understand logistic issue but not the lack of communication and money held back without justification

Totally unacceptable business behavior I ordered a treadmill which was in stock with an expected delay of 6-10 days to be delivered After two weeks I received an email informing me that I should be delivered the week after The week after I received nothing and when I inquired about it I was told the item was out of stock and they don t know when they will have it I cancelled the order don t waste your time they are totally unreliable

be warned you will not get the service you want
After trying to contact them for a 2k machine they have taken 2 months so far and I haven t even gotten a quote reservation I ve been asking multiple times because their website is the only one that sells this brand Force USA doesn t want to help because their contract with EU is only to sell their stuff The spain sales person was decently helpful The French sales person Nil should be fired for being so bad at his job If you hate your job just quit and let someone have the job that actually wants to do some effort I really wanted this product but I ve decided to buy something else so I don t have to deal with their website Contacting the Belgium French or Dutch Netherlands department has been hell because they don t respond on phone calls either Edit after this review it took them a few hours to ask for more information while taking almost two months for a simple quote Treat your custommers right from the first time
