I had a very good experience when ordering online It was a fairly simple process and not difficult at all One issue that I see that may not be able to be corrected concerns the sizing The reason that I didn t have too much of a problem with this is because I know what size hat that I wear For somebody who does not know that this could be a guessing game I m not really sure how that can be improved upon though
