Haynes Canterbury - First Class Service
Haynes at Canterbury have been excellent Andrew and his team of technicians have resolved the issue with my new Ranger which it turns out is because I am away out of the country for long periods of time and the electrics shut down to preserve battery power Ian on the service desk recognised the inconvenience to me and managed to get me booked in ASAP to suit my schedule and Andrew quickly identified the problem He took time to explain the issue helped me to understand how to resolve the problem without the need to keep booking in and even went to the trouble of printing off the instructions for awakening the automated roller shutter after I ve left the vehicle parked for what can be up to 8 weeks at a time He then reiterated that they will always be available should I encounter further issues and not to hesitate to call them if necessary I left the Haynes Canterbury knowing I have great support from my local Ford dealership will be treated with respect and courtesy and that the technicians go out of their way to give the customer first class service each and every time

I booked my company Ford transit in for a service I called into the Maidstone branch delt with a very polite and helpful young lady by the name of sue she took my booking for me all so easily was booked for 11 July 23 after I booked for the service two day later having spoken to sue my brake pad warning light came on the dash board so I called on the phone and was put through to the booking team for Haynes Maidstone I spoke to Margareta told her of my problems was keen to get it in to there workshop asap as didn t wish to damage my discs she booked me in for 3day layter what a breath of fresh air both these young ladies where margareta told me she hadn t been there long so was just checking on when they could do it I asked for a price on both front and rear pads as it didn t tell me on the dashboard which was low within half hour she emailed me prices of pads front and rear inc fittings and vat so time I got back to my boss was able to give the go ahead I feel my experience today with Haynes ford Maidstone to be 100 100 stars if it s possible to pass on to the Haynes family about this review sue has my details so ladies one s a again a massive thank you to taking care of are Ford transit I had the brakes and the service all done in the day one very happy customer Sytner Landrover Maidstone Ly21vpj you both are a massive credit to the company 100 100 stars glen

Don t upset them or they ll hang up
I was speaking with Callum at Canterbury about returning my vehicle Callum and his team didn t appear knowable about the returns process and contradicted everything that had received from Ford both in writing and verbally When I challenged Callum on the need to visit in person he hung up I m glad I won t be returning to Ford Edit in response to the retailer thanks for the standard industry we care but not really response

Useless
Car has been in the garage for over 3 weeks Whilst waiting over 3 weeks for an appointment minimal contact from them and they have no idea how to fix it Apparently sending in an expert from another garage Avoid Ford Mustang Haynes at all costs I have emailed them at customercare at haynesgrp co uk and not received a response at all they claim to not know my name yet they have received emails from me

poor customer service
my transit van was booked in for 7 00am friday 22nd november for an investigation and repair as the engine service light was on i rang on SAT morning as no one had let me know what was happening and was told that they are preparing a quote for the repairs and someone would ring me back i had no response from them untill i rang them on monday and was told again someone would ring me back with the quote which this time they didwas told that the issue was rodent damage to the p m sensor which was only repaired a month ago apparently by rodents again so not under warrenty nice little get out clause there over 500 each time anyway told them to go ahead and repair and again i rang them on tuesday to see when the van was going to be ready finaly got a call tue afternoon to collect the vanwill not be taking any vehicles back to this garageYE71
