Excellent service from Kelan highly
I booked my company Ford transit in for a service I called into the Maidstone branch delt with a very polite and helpful young lady by the name of sue she took my booking for me all so easily was booked for 11 July 23 after I booked for the service two day later having spoken to sue my brake pad warning light came on the dash board so I called on the phone and was put through to the booking team for Haynes Maidstone I spoke to Margareta told her of my problems was keen to get it in to there workshop asap as didn t wish to damage my discs she booked me in for 3day layter what a breath of fresh air both these young ladies where margareta told me she hadn t been there long so was just checking on when they could do it I asked for a price on both front and rear pads as it didn t tell me on the dashboard which was low within half hour she emailed me prices of pads front and rear inc fittings and vat so time I got back to my boss was able to give the go ahead I feel my experience today with Haynes ford Maidstone to be 100 100 stars if it s possible to pass on to the Haynes family about this review sue has my details so ladies one s a again a massive thank you to taking care of are Ford transit I had the brakes and the service all done in the day one very happy customer Sytner Landrover Maidstone Ly21vpj you both are a massive credit to the company 100 100 stars glen

Haynes Canterbury - First Class Service
Haynes at Canterbury have been excellent Andrew and his team of technicians have resolved the issue with my new Ranger which it turns out is because I am away out of the country for long periods of time and the electrics shut down to preserve battery power Ian on the service desk recognised the inconvenience to me and managed to get me booked in ASAP to suit my schedule and Andrew quickly identified the problem He took time to explain the issue helped me to understand how to resolve the problem without the need to keep booking in and even went to the trouble of printing off the instructions for awakening the automated roller shutter after I ve left the vehicle parked for what can be up to 8 weeks at a time He then reiterated that they will always be available should I encounter further issues and not to hesitate to call them if necessary I left the Haynes Canterbury knowing I have great support from my local Ford dealership will be treated with respect and courtesy and that the technicians go out of their way to give the customer first class service each and every time

Haynes is a nightmare
I took my van to Haynes in Maidstone to have gear box repaired under warranty I had to drive down there a few days later as nobody ever answered the phone I thought I would go into there car park to check on my van and couldn t believe the state it was in they had parked it under some trees and it was covered in bird mess I went straight into the service department and complained and asked if they could move it they said they would Again a week later nobody kept me informed of progress and I couldn t get through by phone so I had to drive down there again I could not believe my eyes my van had not been touched or moved After the work had been completed 3 weeks later I went and picked my van up they had poorly washed my van and didn t bother doing the roof it was smothered when I complained to the service assistant manager she said what do you want me to do about it It has now got damaged dull patches on the paint work but I just left and will never go there again the whole experience was a nightmare and the people working in the service department couldn t care less I don t know how they get away with it just poor management I would of put a couple of photos on but unable to I will try on google review

Absolute joke of a company
How Haynes commercial run a company is beyond me I dropped my ford ranger of Thursday 26 1 23 I had no communication at all from the customer service team unless I rang them I rang on Monday to see what the diagnosis was to be told it is in the garage I will get a call back by the end of the day no call came Tuesday I had a call but with the wrong reg quoted and the total wrong truck I asked for an update on my car again told I would have contact by the end of the day Suprise yet again no contact On Thursday a week after I dropped it of I rang again still not told what was wrong with it so told I would be rang by end of the day I held my ground and said no I wanna know in the next half hour They did call me back this time diagnosed said they needed a second key asap and the work would be done the next day Roll on Monday still no communication between Haynes and myself another call told technician was poorly I m pretty sure they have more than one technician to deal with my truck So two weeks on I m told that the truck is fixed and invoice sent to warranty people Week three of the truck being in Haynes I call and decide it s easier to pay the bill myself and claim from the warranty company So I collect my truck that has spent 3 weeks in Haynes to drive 5 miles down the road home and for the same lights to come on and the same faults to be showing Absolute joke did Haynes even replace the part that cost 1k Why didn t anyone test drive the vehicle to see the same faults come up I drove the vehicle 5 miles And the same frount light is still not working the truck will be going back until it s fixed as over 1100 spent on the truck for it not to be fixed at all And then to ring and be told that I will have to leave the truck with them again bets now being taken how long they will have it this time This company is an absolute joke terrible customer service and far to many trucks vans to deal with Maybe deal with the massive car park full of vans and trucks before you take anymore customers on Also noticed a unique orange yellow van that probably hadn t moved in the 3 weeks that my truck had been in Haynes This is the second time Ive had a bad experience with this company 1st being May 2022 which again results were only gained when I lost my temper Should have learnt from that experience Lets see what experience I get when I return the truck in Monday morning

I had my mobility car booked in
I had my mobility car booked in today6 3 for a recall and service I needed a car so had to wait awhile for an appointment On arrival to Haynes the service department couldn t find me a car so I was left waiting until they could find one After a short time I went back to the service desk to ask if they had a car as I needed to get back for my special needs son The women said yes we have one my colleague is just bringing it round After another 20 minutes I was then told they did not have a car as an engine blew up on one on Friday so they were short So I was effectively stuck there with no way of he home I had to then call my husband who had to leave work to take me home Thank you so much Haynes for your great service NOT I have now been left without a car all day and have had to reschedule and cancel my day due to no car that I was told I would have a courtesy car Someone should have contacted me Friday or this morning to say what had happened and given me the option to reschedule I am not impressed with your service in one bit it s disgusting You didn t even offer to take me home or get me home at all What a really bad service not impressed and definitely would not recommend you Karen MulveyEdit to review You knew about the car the day before so I should have got a call to ask me what I wanted to do I did not get asked to if I wanted to rebook the appointment at any time so I do not know where that s has come from All would have asked is to be notified before I left home which obviously did not happen Yes your staff did apologise at the time but I was still left unable to get home
