Order never arrived even after a month
My order failed to arrive even after the first week. After reading other customer reviews, I became increasingly worried. Each week I was assured that delivery was imminent, but nothing ever arrived. Phone calls were never answered, and the only way to contact them was through email. After waiting a full month, I cited the Consumers Rights Act 2015, cancelled my order, and asked for a refund. Thankfully, the refund was processed, as I was concerned that might not happen either. I will not use this website again and would not recommend it to others.
