Our holiday in Thailand was absolutely breathtaking It felt like heaven on earth and all our expectations were exceeded Everything was planned perfectly and the digital travel booklet provided us with all the information we needed Any questions we had were answered promptly and everything was top-notch From the time we left South Africa all the transfers and hotel bookings were smooth and on time without any problems Although we were initially unhappy with the hotel room we were assigned Remmert quickly resolved the issue by communicating with the hotel and offering us a much better room I would highly recommend Remmert and his team for all your travel needs

Hello Island is the BEST

We had a great time in Thailand and our booking experience was wonderful We booked through Hello Island and every part of the trip was well organised from pick up drop off at the airport to ferry rides They had a great hotel selection and breakfast was included everyday I loved the little booklet with information they gave before the trip it really helped a lot

Everything is so well organised Accommodation airport shuttle services and transfer vouchers Most importantly is that the support from Remmert Malan and his Team is exceptional They take care of everything while you get to enjoy your holiday This was my 2nd solo trip with Hello Island

Superb outstanding service offered

After numerous emails to Remmert and his team because we are full of nonsense and were not sure about our dates and guests we finally decided on a date and places to visit in Thailand Then we changed again and again then we added another guest With all above said Remmert never questioned us and gave us the best ever service Even when we were in Thailand we had a small misunderstanding and Remmert was immediately available and sorted it out Extremely superb service we received Will not consider using another Agent Well done

5 stars to Hello Islands and Remmert Malan that made our holiday the most amazing exciting and biggest experience of all times especially that we were able to do it with our children that is living in Australia I do hope that we will be able to do it again an will definitely book through Remmert Malan to explore more of Thailand Three is so much more that we need to see Thank you again for everything

All the hotels and transfers were so effective and effortless the package we had gave us the best exposure of all the beautiful places to visit in Thailand I would recommend using you for every trip going forward
