Excellent Except for a few minor issues 1 2 A variety of drinks were readily available Minimal food snacks because I was notified at 8 30pm and they close at 9pm The company s communication was prompt they emailed coupons immediately after my flight was delayed by 1 hr What could you do better 1 Close later eg 10pm 2 Train staff to be courteous and respectful to all patrons equally Paola at Orlando Club on 9 1 was bad mouthing a member at the bar because he wanted a non alcoholic drink and he repeated himself non English speaking She was making fun of him This was in poor taste

Great service if your flight is delayed

VacayDelay is a great value considering how common flight delays are these days It was awesome for me last time I traveled I was flying LAX to BOS and I had significant flight delays both ways I got an automated email with my lounge voucher I was easily able to find the lounge based on the instructions and for me having never been in an airport lounge before this was a really cool experience

What an amazing service My flight was delayed just over and hour and boom we got an amazing lounge offered to us at Chase Sapphire It was the nicest lounge we ever were in Thanks Hello Vacay

so i was a little apprehensive to sign up the website didn t work quite right at first and i thought it might be a scam but its not it worked perfectly just as described and paid for its self the first time i needed to use it i have told everyone about it

Got it before our trip It covered the whole family 5ppl and ofcourse our flight was delayed We didn t use it for the lounge but opted for the food vouchers since the flight was leaving in next 2h So we had a nice meal in a restaurant next to our gate for free Needless to say that it paid for itself
