We have heat again thanks to Hetas

We have heat again thanks to Hetas I would like to say a massive thank you to all of your team including Tracey and Stephen the inspector I don t think I could of coped the past month without all of your help and support The staff I have dealt with have went over and above their job roles for being so helpful thoughtful and kind They have been extremely professional and maintained contact throughout our difficult situation and I seriously can t thank them enough As for the company who fitted our logburner I will definitely not be recommending them to anyone their customer service was appalling to the point of aggressive and customer care safety concerning

Invaluable font of knowledge

As a chimney sweep we sometimes need to establish the make and model of a stove in order to advise the customer or so the customer can order spare parts The service and information I receive from HETAS is invaluable They are always helpful and courteous without hesitation Highly recommended
