COFFEE MACHINE is harmful to health water has a chemical industrial plastic aftertaste and a chemical odor The device is technically flawed People beware of Hibrew devices Not well-designed apparently Very disappointing Hibrew is negligent and doesn t take responsibility Hibrew should cover the return costs but they evade me and provide no response redirecting me to AliExpress who in turn refer me back to the seller It s very exhausting for the customer to have to repeatedly ask the same questions out of necessity because Hibrew is not taking it seriously and intentionally avoiding addressing the actual substantive questions to avoid making refunds So CONCLUSION HIBREW IS UNRELIABLE It must offer free returns because the product has a well-documented issue with a chemical industrial odor in the water I have written a thousand times Hibrew wrote to me Dear please fill some lemonade into the water tank to reduce the flavor Me as customer Would you like me to camouflage the consequences of the internal technical issue with the espresso machine using lemonade flavor and scent That doesn t seem like a sensible course of action to me Therefore I have already returned the espresso machine at my own expense and now wish for the seller and or AliExpress management to take responsibility and refund my return costs to me

The worst purchase ever Coffe tastes like plastic This machine is defective and Aliexpress should take responsibility for this This is carcinogenic product

H10P worked OK for 2 days

H10P worked OK for 2 days after that steamer broke down The best advice from HiBrew was to clean I did though new machine Then they stopped responding Now I am left with brand new bad machine

i bought a machine 1Hb coffee 6 in 1 the video and the specs of the model advertised that in first bar of water can change from 20ml to 40ml and from the first bar got 50 to 75 ml Contacted to them and they told me about different coffee powder from which from Nespresso from Dolce Gusto When you say 20 ml your machine must give 20 ml or at least 30 ml not 50ml

Potential buyers

Having purchased the 5 in 1 coffee machine I received 2 adaptors that were identical and 1 that was missing I then purchased a machine elsewhere but when I made an effort to return their item for a refund something they made very clear was not a problem they refused my request Thank God Ebay stepped in Thanks to them I now have my money back HiBrews first offer was a 5 refund and live with THEIR mistake not much on a 221 9 item and when I pointed out that I had already purchased another coffee machine their response left me with no option but to get Ebay involved My advice always use Ebay for purchases and AVOID HiBrew like the clap
