H Mart Online Order DON T

I placed an order and realized I was short 1 for free shipping - it d be better to purchase a small item than pay their shipping 6 fee Dumb of me The order was in Processing status which from their FAQ order can be cancelled as long as it s not shipped Only we can t cancel our order by a click of a button We need to submit a Help Desk ticket to H Mart Great Other online stores let you cancel if it s still processing but not H Mart I submitted a cancellation request to H Mart I get a notification that their Help Desk is swamped and could take days to respond The next day I get a message that a small PORTION of my order was shipped while 2 items were refunded What So they obviously saw my cancellation request but decided to only refund me part of the order and ship the rest I made it clear that I wanted the entire order cancelled yet their customer support without asking me went ahead to cancel only a small part of the order Shipping fee is still charged obviously but now I get fewer items This is very bad customer service Allow customers to cancel their orders especially when it s cancelled while the order is still processing Or if H Mart is going to ship it out despite the cancellation request ship out EVERYTHING I don t understand why they shipped only a part of my order and cancelled the rest I would retract my cancellation request if I knew they d cancel only a portion of it It defeats the purpose of my cancellation request Very disappointed and I can NOT recommend shopping to H Mart There was already a scandal regarding H Mart owner in Korea but business is business so I shopped here Guess I should take my business elsewhere If you want to save yourself the headache don t shop online with H Mart You can probably get better prices elsewhere too - some items are marked up online

Warning to consumers H-Mart customer service does not answer calls nor return emails Customer discovered this when following up on an out-of-stock condition which occurred within days of sale start date due to H-Mart failure to plan stock levels accordingly The H-Mart phone answering system plays annoying musical noise until it kicks out callers within minutes Don t waste your time or energy thinking a live person will eventually answer multiple attempts only leave you angry and violated after H-Mart s putrid energetic music poisons your mind with nonstop repetition There are better places that actually value their customer base to receive incredibly competitive pricing

Unhappy customer

I just bought this meat pack here and found the bottom of the container is full of fat Its about 1 3 of meat portion This is scam I m very disappointed I thought H mart is good one but this is unacceptable I want my money back

Was a long time shopper but never again

When I moved across the states I was excited about an H-Mart in the state I move into Not only I had two unplesant visits with rude employees the last time was the worst At my last visit I brought my two service animals into the store The security attempted to stop me and I had to tell him twice that they are service animals before he lets me in About 15 minutes into shopping the manager came up to me while the security told him they are service animals He asked me if they are service animals and I have told him they are then he illegally asked me for the proof I politely declined his request and he kicked me out Under both federal and state laws they are not required to have gears identifying them as service dogs the stores may not deny my entry with service dogs and they may not ask for the proof They have violated all the laws I was an idiot for shopping there for so long but not anymore

I would prefer to give 0 stars to Hmart I shopped at the store located in Hartsdale N Y with my husband and kids I was excited to shop there for the first time because this location is extremely spacious compared to the NYC location in Ktown Little did I know that my husband was going to be followed because he had a rolling cart Which was filled with our target groceries I confronted the woman following my husband and told her she was clearly discriminating us I reported this issue to the manager all he did was say I m sorry He Never apprehended the cashier for better customer service How does a business expect customers to pay money for their services when quite frankly they are rude have inexperienced customer service and come off as discriminating Never ever will I shop at this hmart

Customers Beware

Customers Beware On the shelves the prices indicated is not what the cashier rings up using the bar code The first time I attributed it to human error but when it happened again several times I call it cheating plain and simple

Very bad services with Tous les jours manager and cashier

I was so disappointed with the manager and cashier of Tous les jours pastry The cashier was so rude to me I asked her about a cake she left me behind she was so disrespectful and discriminated me She didn t apologize even when I spoke to the manager He told me that he saw the scene but she will not apologize

Today is Saturday the 15th of January at 12 50 Just went into H Mart in new Malden The cashier at till number six was blatantly rude obnoxious and I could not understand a word she was saying I will never be entering the store again and I will be telling everyone I know about my experience
