So helpful when I requested help last year and this year it was just a walk in the park Renewal was just about me checking the date rhe rest was done for me HIGHLY recommended and I ve passed the company name on to others Painless simple fast

I ve put off having home insurance for

I ve put off having home insurance for two months after one of the leading insurance companies could no longer insure my empty house I d been ill and just couldn t be bothered as it all felt like too much trouble I finally decided to go on line to look for some the thought of no insurance had finally got to me It after all the fretting about it being to difficult to find some I realise now what a fool I ve been and how lucky I ve been that nothing had happened From beginning to end it actually took 15 minutes It was so easy to use their website The questions were relevant I couldn t go wrong with any answers and it was a good price Their emails were easy to understand All in all I m left feeling very relieved

Perfect from the start

So far all of my experience with home protect has been great I unfortunately had to make a claim not long after getting contents coverage and the process was exactly as you would like not just expect Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently with a fair settlement offer given from the start

My wife challenged the renewal quote

After using Homeprotect for one year my wife challenged the renewal quote to try and bring it down Long story short Homeprotect were reasonable throughout and ended up with a good price And special mention to Malcolm who called us back the next day to sort out the detail including a small rebate and correction Very civil and not bogged down with call-centre-scripts that some telephone operators feel they have to live by
