Dodgy agents - avoid

Visited the office after my partner was advised they were able to offer a suitable property Kept waiting for a long time then asked to complete various paperwork before visiting a property The property needed redecorating and when asked they said this would be done before we move in the following week Was told that we would have to pay 3 months up front in rent and an additional 5 weeks as a deposit in order to secure the property Was advised the property was ours and would not continue to be advertised or available for rental We paid the deposit and 3 months rent then after chasing them for a week was told that we failed the credit check they said a senior would call me to advise how but still waiting for this Have had great difficulty in getting through to them and getting a refund of the money they fraudulently took from us These guys a dodgy During the time I spent in their office they were asking people to complete reviews on their service before seeing them which I would suggest is where the positive reviews are coming from If you have difficulty with this company please please raise complaints with their regulator

Absolute horrendous property Blood stains on the carpet poo on the blinds foul smell chicken bones on the fire escape bashed in front door host with a set of keys who lets himself in flat door that does not lock all unclean hair in the sink and bathroom greasy cooker bins not emptied bed bugs and a dead body up the road upon arrival Owner nowhere to be seen Ignores called and messages No refund given so far from anyone Mr Khan at the takeaway is in charge of the keys and takes 100 cash deposits Living conditions not fit for any living thing

Minus the lovely receptionist I am disappointed by the customer service here I had an appointment on 18 04 for 13 30PM I was already skeptical turning to H2L after seeing so many people being scammed by them but I thought i d trust the process as been trying to find a flat in stoke Firstly the reception room is tiny It was quite busy so my anxiety was going as I am not good in small spaces Secondly after nearly TWO HOURS of waiting I still hadn t been seen There was about two people working and it seemed a bit all over the place if I m honest Got told multiple times I would be next but time was ticking and I was still waiting A Girl came in for a job interview about half an hour after I arrived and the guy decided to call her in It was at this point I walked out Poor service

Crooks who threaten and rod people rats in the sewers have more respect and they re cleaning the what he is don t you know repairs council aware of insistence society whereas in the TV are aware of them the newspapers are aware of them you need closing down no one should rent from this crook

Not worth no stars or rating Criminals crooks liers good reviews are all lies don t do no repairs bed left in flat full bed bugs dirty windows dirty flat full mold damp electric trips dangerous electrics no heating for 5 months and even cold with heating on enters flats fretning for rent firer alarm going off for days months no hot water for 2monthes

Their customer care approach is zero just they are making money they are very polite till signing the agreement and when the keys are handed over and they get advance which is 300 higher than the UK market they don t listen and care about you specially they are very expert and famous in Stoke on Trent for their delaying practices No maintenance and no customer care just collecting rents
