I accidentally paid twice in Grosvenor Centre Chester Contacted Hozah when I got home and got a refund within minutes - thank you Vilina This has not generally been my experience with other car park companies

New to the parking system i inadvertently paid twice for my stay Contacted Hozah support to seek a refund The matter was dealt with swiftly without fuss A pleasant experience Happy to recommend Hozah and their efficient staff

perfect for managing parking payment automatically

As their title in their invoice says Zero effort parking It is great not to think about payment not to worry when you are in a hurry etc No need to phone or pay at a machine - once registered with them it is all done automatically just park and go After every visit to the carpark I get an email that informs me the time and duration I used the car park and the amount they will charge my credit card that i s registered with them This also apply even when my parking is for a short time that falls within the free time provision And few days later once they charge my card I also get an email with a copy of the invoice This is perfect Couldn t be better

I have used this app for several months now without any issues The on-site payment machine is truly awful and being able to just drive in park and leave is so much better My only gripe is that I am unable to get a list of Hozah enabled carparks across the country I would certainly use them as a first choice if I knew in advance

Car Park Payment Error

Used this company to park my car at the Grosvenor Car park in Chester I inadvertently left the car park without paying However the service I received after this and the excellent communication with them to resolve the matter was brilliant I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone Thank you Hozah Irene

Autopay worked brilliantly Signed up a while ago and today returned to the car park with hozah Got email to say I d arrived and another after I left with the fee charged Easy By far easier less complicated and more faith than any other parking system After today I will seek out mainly hozah associated car parks
