Superlock guaranteed replacement
My 7 5m Superlock developed a series of fine leaks which sprayed water in various directions when in use I advised Hozelock of that and asked for a replacement under the guarantee From that I was asked to submit a photo of the original receipt Once that was I was offered a replacement within a day

My Hozelock AC Plus 2700 had stopped
My Hozelock AC Plus 2700 had stopped working after a couple of years I spoke to Ebony and Chloe in customer services who kindly organised for a replacement to be sent to me I am so shocked and overjoyed that I almost dropped my caviar I have never known such outstanding customer service I tip my hat to Hozelock and will continue to ram my garden with their products

Great customer service
Great customer service I recently reported a leak with a Multi spray gun pro and provided photos of what appears to be an internal crack on the body No problem from Hozelock who readily replaced the item with an upgraded item My sincere thanks to Ebony and the team at Hozelock

Approaching the end of a 5 year guarantee my 40m Hozelock Auto Reel refused to reel in smoothly I contacted the support team and Ebony immediately offered to send a replacement This was facilitated in a friendly and efficient way with speedy results Within days I had a replaced perfectly working hose Exceptional service - Well Done

A real guarantee from a top company
My 30 Metre Auto reel hose stopped retracting after a few years Fortunately I had extended the warranty to five years and after a proof of purchase and small video to show the problem my new hose reel is on its way Big shout out to Tim who was an absolute star and mirrors the top quality performance of the company Andy
