Too high
I was so excited to use downloaded app and everything but was sorely disappointed when even after pushing seat down to lowest I couldn t reach was too high for me I m short but not that much and 28 and it s extremely disappointing to think that the bikes were not manufactured to ensure at least most adults should be physically able to ride So sad

Switching to Lime Bike now
Forestbike is using misleading ads and price-creeping tactics And that is just putting me off The buddle isn t worth it for me anymore - might as well use Lime Bike Price creep Forest s bundle prices have been consistently going up recently so the trend is clear It seems that they are going to keep increasing the prices more and more Misleading ads Now they changed the policy so you don t actually get 10 mins every day anymore if you still have minutes left in your bundle or something It s not every day is it Their website still says Everyday your FIRST 10 riding minutes costs 0 AND if you don t have any bundle they will charge you not only an unlock fee but also daily usage fee which has been increasing as well Even with these each bike has that free I ve decided to use LimeBike instead since 400 mins of Forest now is already 30 quid so might as well use Lime Bike which is only 6 quid more but - Lime has not only eBikes but also e- scooters which is a nice to have access to - Lime has way more Bikes available per square meter in London- Lime has Bikes all over the UK not just in London like Forest And you can use your bundle with them too Lime 36 pounds for the whole UK vs Forest 30 pounds for a few zones in London NOT EVEN FOR THE WHOLE LONDON - Lime has less Bikes unavailable than Forest I hate when I see a Bike walk there scan and see e-bike unavailable OR see a bike on the app and walk there but can t find the bike - Lime App doesn t lock you out like Forest sucking up your minutes Happened to me a few times that I can t end the Ride Can t contact customer service for help either because the app locks me out - can t log in - In Lime you can book a bike for 10 mins free while you re walking to unlock the bike- there are Lime Bikes in other countries when I travel Even I might not be able to use my minutes I don t have to download another app and create another account just to ride a bike

I am not happy with the advertising
I am not happy with the advertising used to lure in new customers using Forest bikes I was charged 16 99 for an hour for two bikes and i will not be selecting this bike again Not clear pricing when purchasing a new ride and the bikes did not turn off properly even though the app confirmed the conclusion of service by ending the rides I ended my usage and then wanted to use the same bike later that day it appeared to be available but did not allow myself or another random by stander to purchase another request for usage service The app just kept on loading screen Not happy

10 Minutes Absolutely Free It s A Lie
The marketing on the app says get 10 minutes absolutely free every day in actual fact you have to pay a 1 unlocking fee plus a 90p daily service fee which is hidden in the small print and only disclosed if you click on the tiny Icon So ultimately you re just paying a slightly discounted rate of 0 19 per minute for the first 10 minutes and then back to the standard rate of 0 29 per minute This is extremely misleading and it s also expensive Not worth it

False advertising Should be illegal to state first 10 minutes are free when it actually costs 1 90 unlock and service fee I just don t understand how a company can be allowed to get away with it

No parking spaces misleading advertising and 10 minutes is not free
They don t have parking spaces and don t operate in entire city The bikes are parked in no parking zones and once you pick up from no parking zone then you can t park and struggle to park as I missed my event due to parking issue and would not recommend anyone to ride Forest They do misleading advertising as well as they charge 1 90 for 10 min ride which is not free but a scam Worst ebike

Completely dishonest pricing structure
Completely dishonest pricing structure with hidden fees that they make as hard as possible to see Forest used to offer worse bikes for lower cost Competitors now offer significantly better bikes at more transparent prices with better service Avoid
