Worst experience have to wait 6 hour in emergency What kind of emergency service is this

Had to wait for 7 hours and still

My husband had to wait for 7 hours and still didn t get any help in emergency We were with our 1 year old child and still no one took a look Went home without getting any help

Terrible experience

Today I went to the emergency after I already tried contacting my doctor and my fysio for an akut appointment without any luck My clavicle has been pressuring my trachea throat since last night Which is extremely uncomfortable and painful Plenty of symptoms After visiting the emergency Im still in pain more uncomfortable and now frustrated and humilated aswell They claim they are so busy but they spend zero time with patients waiting time was around 4 times for everyone Noone seemed to be an emergency The receptionist was extremely rude and condescending to everyone The doctor I talked to was unprofessional and not understanding in any way A week ago I had a clavicle injury I had zero tests on the area but I have examinations from my GP and especially my fysioterapist My clavicle has a bunch of issues and I have symptoms that could be related to a fracture I went to the emergency because my clavicle is pressuring my trachea and its extremely uncomfortable I had a lot of other symptoms aswell When I tried to talk to the doctor about these she didnt care didn t listen and send me on my way with one strong painkiller On the way out I read her notes She mentioned a previous diagnosis of a mental disorder I was given She also noted that I look fine I have no visible symptoms and that I believe I have a fracture even though I had it checked out before She implied that I am delusional Her notes are false This diagnosis has been a mistake and it states in the system that it is NOT active at the moment I am also currently in the process of removing it due to being a MISTAKE Besides that there was NO reason to mention it So apparently she didn t care to read my journal correctly and she didn t do ANY proper physical examination as we were in the waiting room with 4 more people being present for my examination The doctor talked to me for BARELY max 5 minutes She pressed the area where I said I have pain in such a clumsy and stupid way that I had to pull away Her examination was ridiculous She said she doesn t see or feel anything weird on my clavicle I still had my sweater on and we barely interacted She didn t examine my trachea or neck at any point But she said I can breathe just fine She can see that I tried to make a conversation but anything i said was disregarded She told me I have pain because I strerched something in my soft tissue around the clavicle Which is wild because she didn t do any physical examination I felt so frustrated and uncomfortable by this interaction I had to insist fighting to explain myself and my symptoms But I got belittled and treated as I am a delusional patient as seen on her notes in front of other people It was so humilating and I felt so vulnerable as I was given ZERO privacy The whole interaction was not private After I saw the notes her treatment made sense She thought I made up my symptoms because i am mentally ill I went back to express my frustration and talk about the notes because I wasn t comfortable I talked to receptionist and waited for the doctor to come When the doctor returned I was about to ask but I was abruptly cut off by the receptionist They started talking with eachother When I finally got the chance to ask the doctor said yeah okay And left I was so comfused and as I was going to ask the receptionist she quickly said yeah yeah she will do it I told her already I was literally standing there the whole time and they couldn t care less about me so they ignored me I then asked what is she gonna do Change the name or something like that I was so comfused She said the first line will be removed I didn t get to say anything or even talk to the doctor The line was removed but the rest of the notes are the same which is so frustrating as they are incorrect Her notes were based on a very obviously biased opinion as seen from her notes That is extremely disgusting and it is so frustrating I had no chance of being heard as she had already make her mind and opinion about me You can not disregard someone s pain symptoms and comments just because you can t read journals and don t use critical thinking My treatment was based on a random note line in my journal I came with actual symptoms including my fysioterapist s comments Everything was ignored I was an easy case to solve and get rid off fast They saw a name of a diagnosis and decided Ah Easy That is SO SO unprofessional It was such a disrespectful treatment I did actually try to talk about this with the doctor herself but she didn t care to respect me in any possible way and ignored me the whole time Other people had issues too Bad treatment rude responses and ridiculous waiting times This was one of the most disappointing and terrible experiences in my life

Excellent Gynaecological Handling

I was directed to Hvidovrehospital from the emergency number 1813 Sunday after severe pain caused by a developing cyst Though I had an appointment the waiting time still exceeded 1h at the ward but when I finally went in I was given with a quick accurate diagnosis and scheduled for surgery in 3 days - which I thought was rather long Monday morning the cyst doubled and I called back to get a new check-up and surgery scheduled sooner Because it was an emergency everyone - stating with the person at the reception the nurses the anaesthesiologist the surgeon and the doctor monitoring my short recovery were fantastic I was treated with professionalism spoken to in English smiled to looked after at all times they even warmed my hands before inserting the needle because I was cold as ice and explained what was happening to me So despite the small problem with the procedure not being done sooner all the rest was excellent The wards the food the medication etc Congratulations to the staff I am very fortunate to have been handled by them
