Speed of services is really good

I give them no stars I ve been speaking to the bank In regards to my condo corporation trying to extort money from me Sent them a a proper amount that is owing but not me the bank never told me that they had a deadline of when they wanted to resolve this with me before they made a decision on paying the condo corporation They never informed me properly the guy I spoke to today apparently was from collections And he was the one who informed me that the bank is not working for me He made it clear that I mNot a concern for the bank It s clear they don t care about the client Which is me He is concerned for the bank and not me They are working for the condo corporation Because they never once again told me that they wanted to resolve the matter by July 31 2019 and it s August 15 2019 The guy told me that they had given me more time when I wasn t aware of this deadline Of July 31 2019 No one told me that I ve been trying to get a lawyer to try and resolve this matter but haven t been able to get one as of yet And the jerk I spoke to was trying to tell me how my situation was going to go I ve recorded the conversation between me and this disgusting bank Never again will I do business with them They work for themselves and made that clear to me today they are not interested in the client I told them I m under police harassment for the last 10 years and that s why this situation is going on The first person I spoke to was the wrong person and of course she listened to me as the police were recording what I was saying also So they knew what I said I waited ten minutes to be transferred so they could determine who I speak to and what to say to me Police harassment I told her why she would not cut me off and let me continue to talk They don t give you someone to directly to speak no extensions so you end up speaking to people who just let you talk so you have to tell your story numerous times So you don t just speak to one person you speak to different people and no one gave me a clear picture They listen to your conversation so they can determine from what I said to who they could transfer me to and what to say I had to wait approximately 14 minutes for the jerk to come on the line so he could be a jerk The guy told me he was going to pay it of course What s the point of the condo corporation sending me a registered letter saying that if I don t pay it by August 24 2019 they would sell my place Charging me fees for this letter Then sending a letter to the bank with a correct amount and the bank telling me they have to pay it Of course the bank knew that They are all working together of course not for me They never gave me a clear indication of this matter so I could understand properly what my time limit was and what I was up against untilToday the last minute when the guy said the bank was going to pay the condo corporation after the condo corporation has bullied me left me without heat for 4 years as per police harassment I was waiting on the condo corporation to send me the accurate amount but of course they didn t The police know exactly what s going on with me because they listen to all my conversations and know exactly my every move and use people against me And don t let people inform me properly so these kind of things happen

Call to issue for standing order modify because struggling for iMobile app iPad app not working as our acceptance more than 15time try via call mr vamshi help quit lot as well given update in saim day as much as he could after long time got good experience with 2 staff one more mr Anil Jadhav from mumbai via phone still lot to do and under progress some of my issues but all over happy to not wind up icici I am with your bank more than 15yr as well in our group Ref open bank accounts more than 10 accounts nearest family I have given updated to mr Anilbhai as well hedrabad call centre this experience st was 2day 04 11 2020 with Anilbhai had communication more than 10 times including get your new policy as well some and new apps issue xtra well done both staff please keep it up honesty coustmer care is very good impect both can have bright future in this felled paresh m popatia

Foreign Currency Purchase

I recently compared exchange rates for a number of exotic currencies and ICICI consistently came out on top on exchange rate availability believe it or not some banks currency exchange facilities offer amazing rates only to declare eventually that a particular currency is unavailable and free next day special delivery My foreign currencies arrived as promised by Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm the following day As a guide the exchange rates offered on these currencies are some 2 5 better than The Post Office I shall use ICICI again and do not hesitate to recommend them

Excellent one trustworthy after a few months of transfers it upgraded me to express transfer where my money can be delivered within 2 hours They give promo code also time to time to get better exchange rate all in all very happy with it And my five stars for u guys cheeers

I don t know why there are so many bad reviews on ICICI Bank because I think this is one of the best banks that I know the services are way better than any other bank especially the net banking services of ICICI is the very best user interface and easy to navigate

The worst service ever

I am feeling bad that I m late to check this site This is the worst service ever They promised a rate of 94 and finally amount credited was 93 and that too after chasing these guys continuously I would suggest people not to use their service ever I have learned the lesson in a hard way These banks are earning money by playing with others money
