Let me just start with the fact that I love the shows I have gotten from Identita about 10 pairs now and they are all amazing - great combination of quality and design I am taking 2 starts off because the buying and shipping experience needs major improvements One time my order was just hanging as being shipped to DHL facility for weeks and contacting the seller via email was not successful at all I eventually had to reach out to company s representative on Facebook to help me out which they did Last time I ordered 2 more pairs and never got confirmation email like they usually would send Order number was also missing on thank you for your order page upon purchase completion Wrote an email to customer support and still waiting for the response it s been 2 days now

Shoes are from good quality and beautiful design 1st order went fine 2nd order was a disaster wrong shoes delivered sent back but size was not anymore in stock other type choosen was sent to me but due to wrong phone and email captured by a 3th party Thanks to Paypal i got money back They need to work on there service to correct things properly

Delivery 8 weeks
Our first order The delivery time was 8 weeks instead of 3 days 8 weeks The service after the order was horrible But the shoes are great Fitting and sizing are correct The quality isn t that good bit it s still ok Because of the beautiful shape and good fitting we ordered three days ago a second pair Let s hope it won t take 8 weeks this time

Very High quality shoes and boots but both times I have bought something it shows in stock but then I get an email saying they don t have my size and that shipment will be delayed I received the boots and they are beautiful Hoping when I receive the pumps I ordered they will be just as nice
