Very Nice Heel I ordered a pair of boots about 21 September The company reach out to me to let me know it would take about 10 days to make them and asked if I was ok with that I received them in the mail yesterday They are exactly as pictured on the website however the coloring on the website seems more vibrant Also considering the cost of the shoes I expected the leather quality to be much higher end The heel plate attached to the shoe is not uniformed to the heel Thankfully I caught them on sale but considering the quality and heel issue I will only shop again when the shoe is on sale I do not feel they are worth the full price amount

Overall everything is fine

I initially ordered the shoes in a size that is too large After I returned the shoes I was sent a new par in the right size The shoes are very nice and fit very well

Shoes arrived but too high for my wife they were returned via the returns process there was some confusion with custom and excise duty but identita responded and always answered emails so from my experience the shoes being not suitable was our fault but I cannot fault the customer service
