I never received my shoes It s been over a year and I have sent them countless emails chasing SCAM Please refund me my money

Very UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANYI returned the shoes that I have ordered on April 2023 and till now I didn t receive my refund despite all the calls and emails They are such liars do not buy from them

I placed an order on Dec 27 2023 it is now Jan 9 2024 N SHOES I sent multiple emails with no response at all I decided to check trust pilot to see if the company is legit and to my surprise nothing but bad reviews I honestly think the good reviews come from the company trying to save face I am highly upset the boots I ordered were for my birthday and I was very excited I really hope this company gets exposed for the crooks they really are

IMPORTANT The gorgeous shoes offered by Identita Shoes are directly coming from AliExpress Even AliExpress is giving 50 discount now but where Identita asks 275 - for the shoes the same shoes can be bought on AliExpress for 80 - Google is your friend Thank god I checked this website first and started googling to find similar shoes

This site is a complete scam They have never returned the funds after they received my return This is now 4 months ago and they do mot respong on any communication

If I could I would ve left -5 stars Scammers I ordered shoes for my wedding hoped they going to be perfect as they are Italian shoes well they arrived and they just didn t fit me they were to small they were beautiful at least but the sizes doesn t match internationally So I sent them back via RoyalMail and got it signed that they don t get missed I left a message inside the box that I would like a refund as they are to small for me After they received my shoes back I got no shoes and no refund Been messaging them million messages they ignore and do not respond At the beginning they responded and lied ohh we can t find your shoes at the warehouse then they apparently found them and said you will receive a refund within 30 days which I didn t I messaged them again asked for my money they said ohh there was something wrong with transferring money or they couldn t find my account I then provided all the details again At the end I did have still not received my refund since October now it s march and they ignore me completely have no answers to my e-mails This is criminal what they do as I am not the only one here It s just so sad and it s not fair that they can do that and no one does anything about it Anyone

4 weeks for half an order Same as others they email that they can t get the leather and do I want a replacement refund So I have given the same reply 5 times and zero reply Tried them on Messenger - other than how can we help you they don t engage Then when I comment on Facebook it mysteriously disappears within minutes The shoes are gorgeous but not worth the hassle What has happened to their Customer Service because it s appaulling now

I ve bought a pair of sandals in July 2023 they ve sent me a letter with apologies and said they don t have a material for this model so I can chose another one or refund I ve chosen to refund Now it s March 2024 I still haven t got my refund They were responding me first but now they don t and closed comments on their Instagram account Just a scam

The order arrived after the delivery deadline therefore I returned the order since I needed the shoes for the occasion that passed The order was properly returned but I never received a refund They turned a deaf ear to my inquiry about the return after asking for the shipment number I will never buy anything here again

I ordered and return the shipment and never received a refund This company should be shut down
