Charged 140 for express delivery only to receive my order weeks later

2 stars because shoes look almost the same compared to what is on their website delivery was quick and packaging is exclusive However the shoes are way overpriced and the delivery charge is atronomical after a thorough analysis Everything is in Italian language and there is hardly anything about returns I intentionally ordered 3 pairs expensive experiment just to eliminate some of my doubts and 4 things keep popping up -shoes smell like China made -front toes measurement for all their stiletoes are a bit unusual as opposed to the usual recommended ones that covers all toes nicely Those from identitas unfortunately failed this criteria Looks like they use a model models with short toes -Also the measurements of the heels are incorrect -And finally the shoes are uncomfortable for so a called luxury brand product In conclusion these are fairly high quality China made shoes under the pretence of Italian made with exclusive packaging strategy I shall NOT be placing an order ever again

Very good quality but had to pay 110 tax and import fee knowing that I paid 60 when placed the order This hidden fees makes shoes over valued

Last year I bought paiar of shoes - heel hight 12 they sent shoes with 10 Afterwards I have sent back and tried to contact them lots of times- but I never got refund

Simply not worth the risk Ordered shoes arrived on time but had to be returned for a different size Return got stuck in Italian customs then just disappeared Identita don t respond to emails nor are they interested once they have received your money

I had been wanting a pair off heels from Identit for over a yr I was very excited to see I was able to buy them with no trouble through the application and it gave me a tip on what size to get they look so beautiful of really good quality On the Instagram but i was very disappointed when I received my shoes the stitching from the heel looks very bad Making the show look very cheap And badly made Why

Unfortunately delivery takes way too long Needed to get in touch with customer service to get any tracking information Still haven received ordered shoes They were supposed to be a birthday gift looks like it will take another couple of days to arrive Hope it s worth waiting Please do not promote 2-3 days delivery time on website Thx

I am not satisfied with the customer service it takes them more than 5 days to respond to the mail they also claim that delivery is very fast which is untrue I ordered my order more than 10 days ago and haven t received my DHL tracking number yet overall I am not satisfied I pointed out that it was an urgent shipment to me and I have no idea at all where my package is and when it will arrive Love their products but the service is very poor

2 days before Identita offered a 30 discount I had contact with them because I wanted to place an order Unfortunately nobody mentioned the 30 discount So I ve paid too much for the boots and Identita is not able to give me an reimbursement for it I m really angry about them Customer service looks different

I ordered 2 pairs of 500 boots 1 pair was defective Took me a week and having to open a PayPal inquiry to get them to answer me They keep insisting that they were sending but that I wasnt receiving their support emails however I get emails from them about purchasing boots all the time with no issues There is also a language barrier which makes exchanging a difficult task I ended up having to pay return shipping on a defective boot which for me is a deal breaker I sent pics but they insisted that the boot was not defective I will NEVER purchase from them again
