Poor return policy the supply was very fast and good quality of the boots ordered great however the size turned out to be too large Sending the boots back was another 35 euro and ordering the right size again they charge 23 euro shipping cost Getting the right size cost me 81 euro in toptal They completely ignored my solution where they would pick up at least 1 x the shipping cost

The shoes are very expensive with 40 postal charge When they arrived they were not quite as nice as the pictures and then had to pay a further 74 in postal tax etc I will not be ordering any further from this site

Is definitely a very overpriced shoe The front part is very small it barely covers the toe nails and the toes look weird Very very basic and mediocre shoe that u can find for 15-20 Euro in street shop For the price you pay the leather js not high end and neither is the job done U can see the glue in some parts of the sole Not recommended not bying any second pair from this place

Beware of delivery and return charges

I bought a pair of shoes from this company It cost me 19 for postage When the arrived they were too big They don t do an exchange service outside Italy So you have to return them and pay for the return postage It cost me 57 53 to order and return these shoes No wonder everything is always half price I definitely wouldn t recommend buying from them

Let me just start with the fact that I love the shows I have gotten from Identita about 10 pairs now and they are all amazing - great combination of quality and design I am taking 2 starts off because the buying and shipping experience needs major improvements One time my order was just hanging as being shipped to DHL facility for weeks and contacting the seller via email was not successful at all I eventually had to reach out to company s representative on Facebook to help me out which they did Last time I ordered 2 more pairs and never got confirmation email like they usually would send Order number was also missing on thank you for your order page upon purchase completion Wrote an email to customer support and still waiting for the response it s been 2 days now
