Rude horrible and disrespectful customer service representative Awful return policy where you charge your customers not only return fee that I paid 150 But also duty fees And just refuse to take a package Scam and awful experience Will tell everyone one to be aware of this and never Ever buy anything from this site

Scan company - Do not order

Ordered shoes in August to this day have no received them Have asked for a refund and had no correspondence from them at all Have had to go through bank and awaiting the outcome Scam company from all the other reviews seems like a similar experience from majority of customers Do not order

Terrible poor quality expensive product I could make better myself

Still awaiting refund since order placed and delivered 12th Feb Buyer is liable for excessive import taxes however due to quality being extremely poor for a 350 pair of shoes - they had to go back This in turn resulted in more import taxes back to Italy Believe me - do not buy anything from this website They will look nothing like the images

Criminals dont order from them as they will just take your money and not send you the item or they will send a different item which you then return and will never receive your money back Honestly a bunch of crooks that need be stopped Please don t get sucked into their decent designs as you are supporting immoral people

Scam company Do not ever make a order from this company Ordered a pair of shoes on the 27th of august and got a DHL link shortly thereafter Customer service refuses to answer on specific emails regarding the order phone calls are very general and short and with refusal to send confirmations regarding cancelled order Still no shoes up to date and no money back I have to go throgh my bank and see if I can reclaim the 300 euros that they stole

FRAUD Be careful I ordered shoes for 600 with 2-3 days express shipping 2 weeks later my order is STILL not dispatched Ofcourse nobody is answering the phone nor emails I also paid a customs fee to DHL which I ll have to request to be refunded as well Ofcourse identita doesn t answer Thankfully I paid PayPal and have AMEX so there s no way they will steal my money but these frauds have to be closed FOR ALL Burglars disgusting I ll open a consumers rights case as well

OMG VERY BAD QUALITY No wonder why it s always -40 off First of all the sizing is really bad Ordered a pair of sandals arrived way too small despite being my regular size Size difference can happen so ok I change it back although the quality was extremely low I decide to exchange bc I already paid so much with taxes and paying that again to send it back They send it back after a while and they arrived completely damaged Extremely disappointed Very poor cheap quality Even Zara has better quality

0 stars if I could They stole my money and didn t send the package at first they acted so apologetic and pretended like it was a genuine mistake then they just stopped responding I tried multiple times to chase up my order for over a month The absolute worst

Huge mistake- do not buy from this company

1 star is too generous for this awful company Order arrived 3 weeks late and faulty All of this followed my request to cancel the order and being told that the refund would arrive in my account shortly The company still proceeded to send the order after this confirmation of cancellation and refund and required me to then pay 79 to return it to them Customer service are also extremely rude and unhelpful Do not spend your money with them
