Don t waste your money this product is money thrown away and every year with an increase in payment It is a conglomerate of software defects that are often resolved in subsequent versions forcing the customer to a continuous renewal of their license if they want to stay up to date Unfortunately however updates arrive every 3-4 months The help in their Help Center where the majority are customers who have purchased the software where it is full of reports from all over the world but no updates on the reported bugs The responsive part of the software you will have to manually enter for all resolutions it does not do it automatically yet We have also made many requests for this update If you want a test just register in their community before purchasing the software Here is the answer I have used for years and every day in the help center reports arrive and you incomemedia have never made the requests of the users Unfortunately if you had listened to your users in their ideas today it would really have become a great software instead of having to abandon due to the continuous bugs and for MANUAL responsive mode width of the pages in px instead 100 In short I could list all its bugs and all the various problems but it only wastes time uselessly

Update - After two years the company did release an update They consider it a new product more than an upgrade to version 4 It still doesn t address the issues from version 3 No reasonable upgrade pricing offered It is pretty obvious that the products is really only suited to customers that use their Website X5 Web development software FROM 2 YEARS AGO - After being contacted several times by the company they still will can not answer the simple question Is there any development being done on this product and will there be a new version - Finally an answer not there is no play for an update But they will review that in a year DEAD PRODUCT The company has a pretty aggressive promotion of its Webanimator product line I purchased the product and there are major flaws Was told on the forum in August a year ago a new version with the fix was coming This is an end-of-life product line and the company should at least be honest about that in their marketing Hey buy our stuff but it is a dead-end with flaws that we never intend to fix

We have been using WebSite X5 Pro for several years for which I would describe a few sentences - The interface of the program is clean it is easy to create web pages with it - It is a very good thing that it supports the Hungarian language because this makes it easier to learn to use the program - If you want to create a more serious webshop website you also need programming knowledge - If you want to create a simple website just buy the WebSite X5 Evo package - You can quickly create your own website from the free templates - What is very good is that you can create a custom website according to your idea but for this you need to understand several programs e g Photoshop CorelDRAW Illustrator etc - The WebSite X5 Marketplace has many free and paid plug-ins to make your site even more beautiful - The program has a lot of useful features that make it a great help to create professional responsive pages - At first there were indeed bugs in the program but it was fixed with regular updates - Overall we are satisfied with the use of the program Sincerely No Para Association

Have been using Website-x5 for my Free Lance web design business for two years and am very happy with the product Recently I ordered some credits to purchase some IncoMedia design options The credits did not appear in my IncoMedia account Sent an email to IncoMedia Customer support and in very short order the problem was resolved

When I renewed my license for a great price discount of 50 I was going to buy the 85 credit pack for 30 off but forgot to check the box I immediately sent an email telling them of this They were so nice when I got an email back saying they would allow me to get it at the same discount I am very impressed with their customer service and will recommend them to all of my friends

Been using Website X5 PRO for several years now and after testing several website building software X5 PRO by far beats them all and these guys stay on top of the fast paced changes that are always coming out Great price as well and the support is just as great and super fast

An existing website had to be migrated from the Incomedia EVO system to an Incomedia PRO system The aim was to be able to use the database in the PRO system Incomedia support provided very good support This required an intensive exchange of emails which was handled step by step and in a friendly manner In the final phase the employee was very available and was on hand to offer advice and assistance The support received can be described as excellent Only short periods of downtime of the productive website had to be accepted The employee was patient and actively supportive The problems were solved and the system is now running on a PRO basis Many thanks to incomedia support
