Stuck in processing mode

I m hoping that someone at IngramSpark will read this because one of my titles seems to be stuck in processing mode My Account Number is 9154125 The ISBN of the title is 9781736004937 The title is Dark Refuge Edited with Annotations and an Afterword by Rob Couteau Under Title Status Details it says Title Approved by LS 8 11 2022 So it has been stuck there for almost a week Perhaps someone at Ingram can help to expedite this process I give Ingram five stars because they are a great resource and in the past they have always resolved any problems that I have had with the publishing process

This was my sixth title using your service Familiarity has made it go very smoothly and I am awaiting my proof print of my most recent book as I write this One improvement for the author would be PDF upload of the long description rather than typing it in Otherwise it is a very efficient and easy to use process

I uploaded a cover whose spine was too small because I entered the wrong page count when creating my cover template which I then gave to my cover designer However to my surprise and delight my submission went smoothly as IngramSpark automatically revised the cover for me when they saw the page count for it was off by 10 Not only that but they sent me the revised cover So I didn t even have to admit my mistake to my cover designer
