Pressure cooker inner pot

Unfortunately I dropped my inner pot of my pressure cooker which prevents me from using it I called customer service today and spoke with a chap Andy who was so kind and helpful he is going to send me a replacement tomorrow That is what you call perfect customer service Thank you

Loving the Kitchen pro 30ltr It s a fantastic oven cooked a chicken on the rotisserie it was amazing Roast potatoes are great We have made pizza and it s better than in our big oven Bagel bread and toast all done to perfection Bacon sausage and tomato cook really well too The only comment I could make is that I would have liked more information about baking potatoes and a few other bits But we love the oven Money well spent

Simply cannot fault Innotecks exceptional customer services Upon emailing Innoteck about my Air Fryer developing a heating element issue they were very quick to respond and resolved the issue within a 4 day period They went above and beyond to not only resolve the issue but to also ease my mind Will definitely be making future purchases from these guys and cannot thank them enough Best customer service I think I ve EVER recieved

Helpful on the phone then ordered on line for accessories for the 30 ltr oven Great price and great service Only adverse point they use Hermes which changed to the new name They are unreliable and whilst it did arrive it was late and didn t relate to the online tracking information

A must for a kitchen

Its like a mini oven and I dont use my oven anymore I was looking for a proofing function in this size and it has it Food cooks very well and crisp I use the air fry for a very short time The dial is self explanatory and with few trials you can learn quickly My only complain is the book which lacks explanation There is no grill function as such but you could keep at a high temperature for the amount if time you wish I bought the cylindrical mesh basket for the rotisserie function and its amazing Amazon reviews help in finding answers if in doubt Im still giving 5 bcos its still very useful as I do even toast in it

Quick delivery am pleased with the air

Quick delivery am pleased with the air fryer but am a bit Disappointed it takes too long to reheat things ie milk tea ect in the air fryer I bought this machine because it said it repeats so I still need to buy a microwave as I gave mine away thinking I wouldn t need one

Fantastic service and product

Fantastic service and product I have a large airfryer oven and it s been fantastic I accidentally broke the glass door when cleaning it when it was hot The company were fantastic at responding to me and allowing me to purchase the glass for the door by itself without replacing the unit Thank you

Loving this So versatile and intuitive to use Used it for frozen pizza cheese on toast pork steak with chips at the same time rotisserie poussin and a whole host more I first saw this on Amazon and saved it to my wish list for some time until it stopped being available Ended up getting it from Curry s PC World I ve seen some comments about parts not being non stick but the main oven tray definitely is and replacements are not expensive anyway Just wish the rotisserie kebab attachment was in stock but I dare say it will be eventually We ve been without a functioning grill for about 3 years and now we can once again enjoy properly grilled sausages bacon etc
