Absolutely first class from start to finish Can t recommend Inside Japan highly enough - they were very Japanese in approach kind patient efficient organised great ideas fabulous attention to detail and couldn t do enough for us as a family both in the planning stages and when we were in Japan Emma N was so helpful and had fantastic ideas for how best to use our time including baseball tickets who knew absolutely brilliant experience a cooking course with the women s institute of Kyoto and many other gems Thank you for an amazing adventure

What an amazing holiday in Japan The first time I have done a group tour and it was so worth it Visited so many places and did things I wouldn t have done eg going to Sumo wrestling It was so well organised and planned Our tour guide was fantastic and gave me the confidence to navigate the transport system on the extra days I booked I just need to work out where to go next - perhaps Inside Asia

Nathan from InsideJapan helped us to create a perfect itinerary for our trip He made sure we do not miss out on anything so he included all unique Japanese experiences accommodation food trips getting dressed in a kimonos etc It was very well organised well guided and we had great time in Japan and South Korea Highly recommend this company

Exactly what you d want from a tour company

My daughter and I loved our time in Japan It was our first visit and InsideJapan made everything straightforward Lovely places to stay a great itinerary wifi access wherever we went and all the planes buses and trains sorted for us in advance When my jetlagged daughter left her phone on the airport shuttlebus we made one call to the InsideJapan team and they not only located the phone but made sure it was delivered to our hotel the same day Special shout out to Luke who sorted out our itinerary adjusting it several times until it was exactly what we wanted

Our trip was very well organised which meant no stress The hotels that were booked for us were all very nice and in fantastic locations We received a handbook before we left home which contained all the information we needed It was a great help when navigating Japan s subway system I would wholeheartedly recommend this company

We had a wonderful on this immersive trip to Japan It was everything we hoped for and more Our guide Jeff was superb and his inside knowledge and wealth of information and overall support to the group made the holiday truly special The itinerary is very full very well planned and showed us many different sides to Japan
