Interaction Design Foundation is a treasure trove of UX knowledge It has amazing resources that can empower a self-taught designer like me I m grateful for the wide variety of courses masterclasses templates reading materials that they provide I am not fortunate enough to get a formal design degree But with more people graduating from design schools and jobs having started to look for candidates with a design degree I don t want to be left behind A lot of good design books are super expensive in India as there is no price parity IxDF helps solve this problem for me It is a one stop shop for everything UX learning related My team recently got sponsorship from our employer for IxDF memberships I already had a subscription going on I reached out to IxDF to get a new subscription without losing the months I already have and they happily helped me out I am glad I didn t have to pass out on an opportunity like that IxDF s customer service has always been gold They are always approachable and helpful

It s my second year using this platform and I am very happy to keep using it Let me explain why I am using this platform When I have a workload I can keep up using the platform either with short-courses or masterclasses Besides I can find deep knowledge from industry leaders in specific areas Not just UX and UI They also have a great support team Recently I had an issue with my subscription and they sorted out the situation immediately Finally I don t have too much time to keep up with all the industry updates and I found this platform worthy when it comes to stay updated
