The Design for a Better World certificate course with Don Norman was amazing I thoroughly enjoyed this learning experience Not only is the content of this course well structured and full of useful insights but it s also taught by the father of UX design Mr Don Norman I m so glad I completed this as a supplement to my career goals I highly recommend it

Didn t expect such a personalized

Didn t expect such a personalized experience I still haven t started any of the courses but the content looks great and I already enrolled in a masterclass But any doubt or comment or ask that I ve had I ve been replied to within minutes and the customer support has been great One thing I believe they can improve is the search engine for courses on the website instead of just having them by beginner intermediate and advanced

IxDF has a lot of valuable content courses and resources on demand I am able to learn and grow with the information there The platform interface is easy to navigate and the support service is great and friendly I m enjoying the IxDF team and community

Thanks for your support

I participated only in one course due to the reasons on my end but it was really well prepared I loved the way it was designed and it helped me learn I really liked that more than one form of learning was used in a training so you can read and watch the video with the content and then check whether you learned anything by taking a quick test and sometimes by writing a longer answer reviewed by real people Unfortunately I had to resign from my subscription but I forgot to cancel it on time I got the support I needed I was still able to cancel the subscription after couple of days and got the refund very fast

A really great place to study at your own pace

The content is very well structured there are texts and media which makes it easier when you need to sit down and study It goes without saying that the content itself has a great quality there s no padding information to fill gaps I found everything I learned very valuable and I have tried finding info to study in free places before It is worth every cent I paid Something I loved is that you can make the videos go faster at 2x and there is a transcription in case you need to follow the words One time I had an issue with a payment and I contacted the customer service team and they were very kind and open to help and helped me quickly It was a great experience no doubt

Excellent program

Excellent program Love how the courses are structured and everything kindof weaves into one another Blended learning of text and video makes a good learning experience as well I would 100 recommend to anyone in the design field from beginner to expert
