I think IDF has really helpful content but needs a major revamp on its user experience For most courses you have access to a chunk of information but then have to wait for other components to be added sometimes weeks and it s easy to forget about the course or what you learned while waiting It really interrupts the learning process I prefer to have access to all the content and work through it on my own time I ll note that working with Rikke has been amazing though in this regard and she has helped me better get what I need from the platform but I wish that this was a standard option Still some pages have HOUR LONG videos by old white men which are very boring to watch and you cannot speed up the video so it is a painful experience Please add the ability to speed up videos

I canceled a student membership after few days later within 14 days but I didnt get any notification from you via email I m not sure I can get a whole refund It s almost the expire dates which is tomorrow and not able to refundable Let me know Thanks

The UX Bootcamp seems a little all over the place It can definitely be better For it to be beginner friendly it definitely should go more in depth about the actual process of certain things and not just telling me what it is if that makes sense There s a difference between defining something such as UX research and actually leading me through the process of it Thankfully my mentor is awesome and is so great at what she does

IDF is a great resource of knowledge on design applicable for beginners professionals Course materials are informative and well structured Communication means among educators and fellow learners for conferring are well accessible Overall a well resourced good education service good platform of learning I m kindly delighted to had joined

Update They issued me a refund after I contacted them so I m changing the rating to 3 stars -------------------------------------------------------------Scammy practice despite decent content They never sent me any renewal notice or receipt of purchase since I signed up for a membership in 2019 I haven been charged every year since 2020 2021 2022 I was totally unaware of the transactions since I was expecting any subscription service to send a notification for renewal and receipt after renewal But I didn t get a single email about it from them which is something I ve never seen elsewhere That 600 dollars was the last thing they will ever get from me I will never use their site again

I think Improving the educational platform by offering monthly payments for flexibility would be very valuable And kudos to Riikke for her professionalism and kindness she s a gem

i think the course took too long and the valuation was not enough now I feel I haven t learned anything and can not remember the course I also would like a brief of the whole course so I can take a grasp of all I studies throughout the course

I loved the platform s diversity and quality of topics and courses It also helps that you have some big names on board However I wish you would include more visual and engaging content instead of relying mostly on text

I am truly surprised by the many excellent reviews Overall the platform offers a good variety of courses which I like because I have many choices The courses are well-organized and full of information However there are some things that bother me more and more Some courses use examples that are 10-15 years old Is it acceptable to use such outdated examples to teach UI UX design in 2024 The test questions sometimes have more than one correct answer based on the course material and you have to guess which one the author this time thinks is right This makes me feel frustrated when I can t guess especially when this happens in the chapter about how to avoid negative emotions in UI design This happens in many courses here It makes me angry because it seems like the course itself wasn t tested well Considering the price I don t think this product will stay competitive in the market for long if they don t update and revise content and tests There are other options and even cheaper

It was an excellent learning experience from the platform Strongly recommended The only thing I don t like was we need to keep the subscription active otherwise they will suspend the account and there is nothing even community access
