Lots of space to improve
I joined IxDF a couple of weeks into the COVID-19 pandemic last year and found it difficult to get into the courses They have a wonderfully wide selection of topics to choose from but unfortunately the courses I chose were predominantly written The problem is that I would find myself re-reading sentences several times just to make sense of them The courses felt like they had been poorly translated using far too many words to express simple concepts IxDF would benefit hugely from a robust content strategy team who speak English as their first language Another thing that the IxDF experience could benefit from is collecting feedback at the end of each module section of a lesson The lessons are long and at the end of the lesson it s often too late On the positive side I really enjoyed the webinars that are offered periodically I found them engaging and informative Also I appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism of the IxDF team They were very open to suggestions for improvement and responded promptly to emails with cordiality and kindness
