Purchased king size air mattress on Disappointed customer

Purchased king size air mattress on 9 04 22 at Walmart Supercenter for 124 00 Over the Christmas holidays the mattress developed a leak and was rendered useless Walmart would not exchange or refund since it was beyond 90 days Intex representative initiated a claim for me on 1 11 23 although I had previously reported the defect since I had an existing profile in their system Yesterday I received an email that I had exceeded the Intex claim timeframe whatever that is My claim has been invalidated Substandard product customer service integrity and loyalty really suck Do not spend your hard earned money on their products

Intex pool lounge

I have purchased 3 floating recliner inflatable lounges in the past 2 summers I live in NJ so summers are short All 3 loungers have split on the seam almost in the same place I contacted the company for a coupon or something to help me purchase another float since I already paid for 3 in a short period of time but they said NO no coupons given They said to send in a picture of the box to see about a warranty Who keeps pool float boxes not me So basically OH WELL too bad So I will not purchase Intex products anymore

What a f croc of s this company is bubble spa motor and heater busted less than 90 days into use Called and got an approval for a replacement motor under warranty on 12 14 2020 Today is 2 19 2021 still nothing I called customer service on hold 45 minutes-hung up called corporate offices-all i hear is crickets No one at this piece of s company wants to answer my claim no one wants to try to explain why 96 days have passed and still nothing IF I WERE YOU I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS DOUCHE BAG COMPANY buy a Coleman Spa I hear they are much better than this clown show

Awful experience with the Intex Inflatable Spa I have had nothing but problems I put it away every winter It looks brand new because it s been taken care of it s totally worthless I have fixed the impeller 4 times in the past 2 years now it won t hold air Pathetic service

This site review is forshop intexmake com not intexcorp com I saw their ads on Instagram and Facebook The prices and availability looked too good to be true but the website looked real with many product reviews I ordered inflatable kayaks but realized it wasn t legit Intex when confirmation email said credit card will say business as ClothingClover They did send a mail tracking and I waited to get package I received sunglasses I reported to my credit card company

If I could leave 0 stars I would save your money Intex does not fully back their products Horrible customer service Purchased 400 defective pump instead of replacing pump they expect me to replace part by part until the problem is solved mean while I have a pump that is dumping sand in my pool ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE

Order number 109251295 for a K2 kayak I received a cheap pair of sunglasses instead the Post office provides them with a item received status but not the real item that they never sent INTEX cannot provide me with tracking or evidence that they ever sent a K2 Kayak its just a scam stay away from them they steal your money and in turn offer 40 refund Please be careful
