It s best to avoid this rental company at all costs Despite being in my own country I was a victim of discrimination simply because I hold a British driver s license Panek charges the highest additional insurance fees if you don t have a Polish license which raises the price to that of a premium vehicle I rented a car from them only because it was late and no other rental companies at the airport had any cars available There s no mention of the requirement to purchase their full insurance anywhere in the rental agreement It s simply a scam As for the car there was another surprise I always rent cars with a manual transmission because I ve never driven an automatic But in the middle of the night in the center of Warsaw I had to learn how to drive one because they didn t have any manuals available It wasn t safe or pleasant The car had no windshield washer fluid but it was full of trash inside Embarrassing Another issue was the car s appearance The vehicle was covered in a hideous Panek car-sharing advertisement that was simply revolting They should pay people to drive around in something like that though I wouldn t take the offer an adult looks ridiculous and laughable in a rolling ad Lastly their logo Have you seen Panek s logo and mascot What is it A chicken A penguin Whoever is in charge of this company s marketing should rethink this Panek First and last time Well done You certainly know how to do business and attract customers

took 417 as a excess fee - we have a vidio of the car when we picked it up and when we dropped it off but they refuse to give me my fee back I have called and the rep said initially my money would be refunded i must wait - one week went by so i called again - he said they would email me - another week and told him i m back in Czech soon and i will pay him a visit so we can sort this out He huffed and Puffed and said what do you want me to do pay myself work for nothing you must email any complaint He obviously has some mental health problems - so i left it at that so i m down 417 the cost to hire their cars are too good to be true and now i know why keep away

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY Worst experience in my life Rented cars all over the world but never had such a terrible service Thieves no other definition Communication is worst never reply to emails or it takes them forever I have no other choice but to complain to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and European Car Rental Concilliation Service

PANEK warning to charged costs without notice

I rented the car only 1 day throw RENTALCARS and they after drop off without any problems I received 2 fees charged for total 700 without any notice and reasons ABSOLUTELY DON T RENT PANEK no trastable company and Scammers Don t use also RENTAL CARS no serious company I rented using Rentalcars and they don t admit any responsability Very bad Fabrizio

Scam charged 4000 PLN about 1000 Euro for damage don t answer the phone and didn t even send photos of the damage I have the entire car video recorded with no damages

I rent a car with them from Krakow they charged me 900 euro deposit to be refunded in 30 days It never happened and it is impossible to be in contact with them via phone emails chats That s a SCAM company

SCAM - AVOID

we rented car in Krakow - returned to Wroclaw Car collected dirty with missing screen wash liquid but ware told not need to clean it on return We had no email and access to collect protocol on the collection Took photography records of car condition We received pdf file via call centre next day Car returned Took own photography proofs again RETURN Protocol ZIP file was locked and Pasword was not working few days later was charged for alleged damages 1600 with deposit still being blocked for nearly 2 weeks PIN for ZIP - NOT WORKING WAS DENIED BY STAFF AND SUPPORT Staff claim has no access to photography proofs of alleged damage Emailed Complaint department and any kind of emails send are left with no respoce I Only accessed ZIP files - because I used Panek year earlier and had emailed PIN year ago - surprise - same pin worked this time and had nothing to do with my last digits on driving licence Panek said we made total of 8-9 scratches to car all around on every side of car however photography proofs are only show the cleanless of the car No prove of damage Reported to Bank credit card as SCAM under section 75
